What Causes Pain In Leg After ACL Reconstruction?

hai doc , i had acl reconstruction before 5 years on my left leg knee.still i have pain but functionally no problem.i consulted with doc he said perfectly alright.i took mri after surgery found that grade 2 tears on medial meniscus...what i have to do dignose pain?pls help me?

We need to know the type of tears on the meniscus if it is just transverse tear needs rest, if it is loose like a flap needs surgical excision. Better get correct advice
