Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I would like to tell you that it might be possible there is some part of nerve is compressing in the spine causing this pain. Other possiblity is that there can be infection in the surgery site.
I would recommend you following.
1.Meet with your doctor and discuss these posiblities.
2. A repeat MRi will be helpful.
3.Tablet methylcobal also helps.
Let me know if there is any other followup questions. I will try my best to help you.
thanks
