Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are probably having osteoarthritis of left knee. It is confirmed by x ray of knee AP view in standing. Its treatment is Diacerine and glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are of use to relieve pain and swelling. Quadriceps exercises are useful. Second possibility can be vitamin D3 deficiency. You can get your vitamin D3 tested. If it is low then its suppliments can be taken. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.?
