i have constant pain in my lower left leg and hips on both sides. my lower back aches. i am tired and fidget in my sleep and dont sleep well. i have pernicious anaemia and have B12 shots every 3 months. i am now getting very forgetful, and i make silly mistakes. i get indigestion daily and gaining weight, especially around my stomach. female aged 45, non smoker. i have silent migraine, too. or migraine with aura.
Prolonged use of some pain medications may result loss of good and sound sleep.Also they may result the symptoms which you are having like indigestion,weight gain and forgetfulness.You may need to consult Gynecologist to see if you are getting close to Menopause. Some times Lower back pain may radiate in Both lower extremities.And back pain may be secondary to weight gain and poor body mechanics. Proper posture and back precautions associated with Physical Therapy intervention should help you.
