What Causes Pain In Legs And Hips After Chest Infection?

Morning im 53yr old male ive just got over a chest infection and now my hips and legs are aching uncomfortablely where I cant relax I dont no what too do, ive drunk plenty of water thinking it was dehydration . Can you please give me an idea of what maybe going on ?
