What Causes Pain In Legs/neck, Hot/cold Flushes, Headache, Bowel Movement Change?

Hi i started 2 have pains in both my legs then it travelled to my side pain in neck change in bowl movement and hot and cold flushes. Pains very bad in my legs when i go 2 bed i have these pains 3 weeks and my doctor prescribed tabs 4 muscle pain. Had 2 go back 2 c the doctor he is not sure what is wrong with me as my back doesn't hurt me. He told me on friday if pains got worse i was 2 seek medical help straight away. Please can u help me as it is so near xmas and i don't want 2 go back 2 doctor. So soon again is there anything i can get from the chemist i forgot 2 say i get bad headaces sometimes as well even doo my DC said i don't have a tempeture . Thank you very much.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
As per the history your have provided, the most probable cause of the pains in the legs and neck can be myalgia secondary to the side effects of intestinal infection that cause the changed bowel movements.
Hot and cold flushes along with headache can be due to the septicemia one can get after a severe intestinal infection say like Typhoid or so.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Go back to the Doctor and discuss about these possibilities and insist for the following investigations:
Tests of blood for CBC, typhoid, blood culture and sensitivity sometimes help a lot for diagnosis.
Tests of stool and urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Proper antibiotic cover as p[er the clinical picture and investigations reports.
Plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
Electrolyte solution to maintain electrolyte balance.
Symptomatic treatment for the aches and pains.
