What Causes Pain In Legs, Thigh And Back After Vomiting?

I have thrown up twice today. I noticed after the first time that my legs from my knees up to my lower back became very achy, especially in my front upper thigh. Could this just be from the force of throwing up? What can I do to ease the pain? It hurts more than my stomach. Also, I feel like I have a low grade fever because I keep getting chills n then hot again.
