What Causes Pain In Legs While Using Laptop?

When I first got this laptop I laidon the couch with it on my lap.After several hours of surfing the net I felt pain in my legs.This pain became intence and has been ongoing now for 5 months.Its a sharp stabbing pain in the upper front thigh of both legs.It hurts every day and wont go away.It feels like its in the muscle.What could this be and is there any treatment?No pain killers I wont take them.Could I have damaged tissue?

it can be meralgia parasthetica. It is compression of the nerve in the thigh due to either tight belt or abnormal sitting posture. I would suggest you to show it to orhopaedic surgeon and if there is nerve compression.
Take Pregabalin and Methylcobal tablet daily for one month. Also avoid using very tight undergarments. I do not think it is related to using laptop.
if pain does not subsides with this then you will need to take steroid injection in the groin region where nerve is usually get compressed.
