Hello,

Pain in the lower abdomen is commonly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, irritable bowel syndrome or urinary tract infection, etc.

Itchiness associated with watery vaginal discharge is indicative of bacterial vaginosis, it is not sexually transmitted but if the discharge is foul smelling it is STD (trichomoniasis).

You are suggested to get Urinalysis (C/S & R/E) done to detect UTI, E.coli, etc. If the report is positive you will be accordingly treated.

For abdominal pain you can take spasmol or PPIs, one sos when needed & Uterine tonic ( Femtech / Uterofem, etc).

For watery discharge you can take a course of Metronidazole orally. Take food rich in calcium & protein.

To reduce itchiness in the vagina you can apply metronidazole vaginal tablets or pessary in the vagina at bed time every alternate night for 3-5 nights.

Take care of your hygiene, take regular bath. Wash your clothes in hot water. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Avoid multiple partners.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
