Hi, thank you for posting!

I have read your query and I understand your concerns.

According to your symptoms, I think that you may suffer from colonopathy (bowel infection). The factors that might have caused it are complex, such as: viral, microbial, protozoan and food.

You need to avoid spicy food, carbonated drinks, alcohol, milk, caffeine.
You need the following tests, in order to find the right diagnosis:
- abdominal ultrasound
- liver test
- complete blood count
- urine test
- stool culture

In order to find the right diagnosis and treatment, you need to consult your gastroenterologist.

Ask me for anything unclear.

Take care,
Dr. Behar.
