In the given scenario and history facts,You seem to suffer from-hidden Fissure in ano with Chronic undiagnosed Proctitis with accompanied bulbourethritis. The accompanied headache could be from tight spastic anus from spastic internal sphincters with colonic bloating with gases containing H2 S from the putrified stool mass in Sigmoid Colitis. Thus the Accompanied Colitis with Fissure in ano- is the cause of frequent urination.
