What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen With Persistent Headache?

For the past 2 days, I have been having a severe headache and some stomach pains. The headache is 24/7 but the stomach pains come on at random times of the day. My stomach pain is in my lower abdomen and it feels like my muscles by my belly button and sides are cramping up. I ve also been feeling very nauseated. I ve only eaten 2 tiny meals today and every time I think about eating, I want to throw up. This does not feel like a typical illness. For some reason, I feel like something is actually wrong because of my lack of eating and severe pains. Thank you so much.
