What Causes Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have a little bit of pain in my right lower abdomen and it just started. I also have fluttering and spasms and I can feel the spasms when I put my hand or fingers on my stomach. The pain come's when the flutter's and spasms come. I believe my abdomen is also inflamed a little bit. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Pain in the lower abdomen on the right side with mild pain and spasm may be due to these possibilities , these include;
1 Amoebic colitis , as you are feeling this pain just 1-2 days and feeling of pain is due to pressure or flutters . Take anti spasm tablet .
2 Right lower abdominal pain may be due to urinary tract infection . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture.
3 If , you are female may be due to pelvic infection .
4 Worm infestation is another such cause .
Since pain is not acute in nature and for 1 day so get in anti spasm tablet . If recurs the consult a doctor and get his opinion.
