What Causes Pain In Lower Abdominal Area While Stretching Out?

Recently when I really stretch or move in a odd way...I feel enormous pain in my lower right abdominal area...it feels like something actually is moving...flipping out...no chance of pregnancy....it comes with a lot of pain, and only lasts a min. or so.....then it feels like it moves back into place

hi.

it could be a muscle strain you're feeling based from your description. it is normal, as your body is adjusting with the activity/exercise you're doing. it spontaneously resolves and your body will be conditioned to it in time.
