What Causes Pain In Lower Back While Suffering From IBS?
I have a dull pain constant in my lower left back some times through to the front and left side for about 3 weeks no when the pain isn't there it's a burning sensation. I have slight pain around left groin / hip area not all the time though. I do suffer with ibs but have never felt these pains. Could this be kidney stones ???
Hi, The pain In IBS is usually vague in character but not definitely at back what u described . one more thing I wanted to know is wheather you have burning sensation during urination if so then there are high probability of kidney stones. And pain abdomen in IBS is relieved after passing stools .If the pain is making you really uncomfortable its always better to consult your doctor or you can try ising some anti spasmodics with a proton pump inhibitor .. hope you get relieved of this symptoms as soon as possible . Thank you
