What Causes Pain In Lower Left Abdomen Which Doesn't Turn To Be Gas, During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 14 wks pregnant and had a scan 2 days ago and all was great and heard heartbeat. Yesterday I started getting pains in my lower left abdomen. I have had slight pains like this before earlier in this pregnancy and turned out to be gas! :-/ but this was a lot worse, so I went to the toilet and managed to go but was only a tiny bit, but also as I was on the toilet the pain got quite bad! When I tried to stand up it was so painful. After sitting for a bit it eased off but when tried to stand the pain started again! Also went to the toilet twice after that and each time the pain started again! Eventually went after about an hr and fine today but just feels a bit delicate! What could this be and should I worry!

as your pregnancy proceeds your baby ll grow n ur uterus stretching all the structures supporting your uterus
lihe muscles ligaments tissues n even the skin
now your pain is apart of this process
it will wane off once your hormones are more able to soften smoothen them up
may be in another month may by till u deliver..........
