What Causes Pain In Lower Left Pelvic Area With History Of Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy approx 10 years ago. They took everything except my left ovary. I had sevear endometriosis and my right ovary ruptured. For the past few days I have had sharp sevear pain in my lower left pelvic area. It feels like I am being stabbed with every step I take. Even driving in car is painful every bump in the road is painful. If I move wrong it feels like my stomach is being ripped apart and it burns. Should I go to the ER or try to get in at my regular Dr on Monday.

Do one ultrasound scan to rule out underlying pathology. It will be helpful. Urinary infection should be ruled out.
