What Causes Pain In Lower Right Abdomen And Lower Back And Frequent Need For Bowel Movement?
I m one week late for my period, I m never ever late, I m 37, took three pregnancy tests all came up negative. Have had period like pains until recently, now I have severe pain in lower right abdomen, lower back pain slightly and the constant need to take a BM. I had unprotected sex during my last period but took the morning after pill 50 hours following. I am now 5 weeks between cycles. Any idea what this could be? Those are all the details.Thanks

It appears to be due to hormonal alteration.
You will need to take tablet primolut N 5 mg bd for 5 days.
With these tablets you will get withdrawl bleeding.
Observe your periods next month.
If still there is irregularity than you need to undergo blood test like tsh ,prolactin , LH, FSH and ultrasound of uterus and ovaries to see for any polycystic ovaries.
