What Causes Pain In Lower Stomach, Vaginal Areas?

I am a african american lady i am 5'2" 160lbs, I been pregnant 3 times all of which were successful an smooth labors. I had a hystorectomy Dec of 2010. My problem is I have sharp pains in the right side lower stomach and sarp pains in my vagina area. It just started and I ont know what the problem could be. Please advise.
