What Causes Pain In Middle Of Forehead And Vomiting To A 7 Year Old?

My 7 yr. old grandson had a sudden onset pain in the middle of his forehead and within 5 minutes started vomiting..

was very lathargic after the vomiting..ct scan was normal....he was fine within an hour....ER sent him home with really

no diagnosis.........what could this mean.

Hi..is this associated with any other symptoms? Like cough n cold or any fever...This can be due to sinusitis or it can be just gastritis..alredy ct has been done so just observe for any other symptoms...thanks
