Lately I have been waking up with sharp pains in the middle of my stomach and under my rib cage when i breath in and walk around. It goes away after an hour or two but always comes back the next morning. I don t have any other problems and everything is normal! I just hate this pain and am wondering is it the way I sleep or eat? Or some thing else? Thanks

You can take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids until diagnosis confirmed You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food Maintain good hygiene wash your hands before taking food and after using wash room routinely and genuinely
