hi, im a 15 year old girl and around 2-3 months ago ive been getting really bad chest pains. right in the middle of my upper chest, it last about 5-15 minutes and comes here and then. when i lay down it seems to help but i cant figure out how to get rid of this pain or what exactly is it. Im getting a bit worried because i have a little bump, when i touch it it hurts and i feel like my hearts beating really fast. help!
I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem. This do not seem to be heart issue as heart pains are not tender and they aren't relieved by position change.
I would suggest you to visit your doctor and get a complete examination only a doctor can tell what kind of lump you do have and if it is safe or dangerous for you secondly it seems that you have simple muscular pain it can be relieved by simple pain killer, I would suggest you do visit a doctor and do not start self medication.
I hope this answered your question, if you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards, Dr. Muhammad Ahmad
