What Causes Pain In Mouth, Jaw, Ear And Neck?

I have been having right mouth, jaw, ear and neck pain for about a week now. My right gland is also swollen and tender, ibuprofen has helped but aleve does not. No dentist will take me on as a patient I am worried I have an infection or something not many resources where I live.

Read your query as you have pain in mouth jaw and ear neck region this can be due to Temporomandibular disorder or wisdom tooth pain .
For this I will suggest you to consult dentist and examination of Tmj movements to evaluate the cause of pain.
Inmeantime avoid excessive mouth opening, take soft diet , you can take muscle relaxtant like myospaz forte by consulting with your local doctor .
