Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pain in the breast and rib region could be a muscle strain due to excess muscle pull and trauma.
Other causes are: costochondritis, lung and heart pathology.

Take following advises:
Take a full bed rest. Take Ibuprofen three times a day after food and with Ranitidine for next 5-6 days.
Apply a rubrafacient liniment locally.
Apply warm pad application.
Do not lie on the painful side. Avoid stressful activity.
If pain will not responds then go for chest X-ray and ECG to rule out pulmonary and heart problem.
Hope this will help you
