This has happened to me several times now during the night or early morning I have pain from the centre of my chest which leads up to the right side of my neck then hits just under my lower teeth making my jaw on the right side hurt a lot...after a few minutes it stops hurting...do you have any idea as to what this could be?

Hi.
Read and understood your history of pain from the center of the chest traveling up to the right neck and lower jaw.
The following are the probable reasons for which you should consult the Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations and proper treatment.
- Cardiac pain with atypical presentation.
- Vagus stimulation causing referred pain in the form of trigeminal neuralgia.
- Severe esophagitis
- You would require the following:
EKG and cardiac checkup
Upper GIEndoscopy
MRI of brain for trigeminal And any other investigation as per the clinical presentation and evaluation
