I am 32 years old. The problem is with my left eye. It has +4.5 power though the right one has normal +0.5. So I am able to see everything from right eye. But when i closes my right eye things become blurred. I used to wear specs but for last 6 month I am wearing not any one. Now it starts paining on left eye. What should i do. I am not interested to wear specs. What alternative i can choose. Is there any exercise which can help me out. Please reply

Hello
Welcome to health care magic.
I reviewed your history.
The symptoms mentioned by you are because of refractive error in left eye.
Since you do not want to wear spectacles you need yo go for either contact lenses or refractive laser surgery like LASIK.
Hence I advice you yo consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Do discuss with your doctor regarding this.

Thank you
