What Causes Pain In Neck/shoulder Blade, Indigestion When Having IBS?

I am 53 having pain at back of neck& the left shoulder blade. Constant indigestion worse at night and some unusual pain in my left arm but can't quite pinpoint what it is. Still have sort of chest pain which I think is still indigestion. I do have a lot of stress in my life. My son took my blood pressure the other night which was 136/84. The pain in my neck and shoulder has been there for a couple of months. I do suffer with IBS.

I really appreciate your concern, what the history and the symptoms are given here could be due to fibromyalgia and it is the functional kind of disease like the IBS.
All the functional kinds of illness could cause the pain condition and muscular pain is common among them, this can be managed with the specific medicine but I actually advise to all of my patients those comes with such compliant that, try come of the stress.
Medication:- Gabapentine is the drug of choice
Work up:- Although it could be functional kind of disease still it can not be taken as granted and I would suggest to get done the cardiac evaluation tests, hope this information helps.
