What Causes Pain In Outer Thighs At Night While Sleeping?
when I'm laying in bed at night sleeping, my outer thighs ache. I have to turn over a lot at night to switch sides. the pain is all on my outer thighs and shoots up through my buttocks. when both legs are hurting I have to get up and walk around. my hands also fall asleep a lot, mostly my left hand
It looks to me that your body is deficient of vitamin B 12. i would advice you to take pregabalin and methylcobal tablet one daily at night time. Also take carnisure tablet daily.
