What Causes Pain In Pelvis And Bladder With Frequent Urination?

i have pelvic pain and bladder pian frequent urination, pressure in pelvic area. I looked at my vagina area and there is some tissue or looks like the walls of my vagina protuding over the opening I pushed on it and it went up but then it feel back down, I am in alot of pelvic and have alot of pressure
