When I wake up and my bladder is full, I have an erection due to built up urine. Now I experience a sever pressure generating from inside trhe shaft until I urinate. This has been going on for about 6 months, but now when my penis is erect, it has a slight bend to the left and it appears that I have an indentation on the left side of the shaft. What might be the cause of this?
