What Causes Pain In Penis When Normal And Burning During Urination?

pain in penis,feels like in the middle underside.only sore when soft and okay when erect.when I say sore I mean unable at all to touch at all,like a bit of glass inside type pain when touched but completely goes away once erect,no pain on orgasm.slight burning when urinating
