What Causes Pain In Respiratory Tract With Cough?
i have pain in my respiratory tract(neck region perhaps tonsils) since 3 days when i swallow.i have cough for more than 3 months.i have got a small wound in my cheek few days before.i had this problem in past winters but not so painful and long.i am 18.my height is 5feet7inch and weight is 48kg.pls suggest.

Any cough, persisting more than 3 weeks,needs to be evaluated by a Doctor..If you have a small wound inside cheek, it might be due to aphthous ulcer or some form of mucositis. In addition, you may also have your tonsils infected..I suggest you to consult an ENT as well as a pulmonologist.( Lung Specialist) Cough for 3 months, is something which has to be given due importance.Take care
