What Causes Pain In Rib Cage & Difficulty In Bowel Movement After A Meal?

When i eat anything my left side hurts right under my ribcage fills like my ribs are gonna break sharp pain have not been able to have a bowel movement, hurt when i move and breath in and out. When im siting still hurting on my left side. What could be the problem.
