What Causes Pain In Ribs And Palpitations While Having High BP?

I have some.pain by my ribs my blood presure. Now is 133 over 64 hr82 i had ecg done a week ago my dr said i was fine that i have panic disorder would that make me get palpitations i feel as if my heart stops then start beating again at about 100 bpm to 90 blood work all was goo along with ekg

there is something wrong with ur heart functioning and its not panic disorder...you should get these tests done immedietly-
● TMT
● HOLTER MONITORING
● STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY
