What Causes Pain In Ribs, Loose Stools And High Serum Amylase?

Hello, I had a right-sided liver resection 18 months ago for a benign tumor. Gall bladder was taken out at the same time. Had been fine since, but for last 2 months pain under right ribs, ultrasound did not show anything. For the last 6 weeks slightly loose, yellow stools, and now blood test shows above range serum amylase of 154 ( normal 20 - 110), liver profile normal. No weight loss. Should I be concerned?
