What Causes Pain In Ribs While Breathing?

i have realli bad pain n my ribs when i breath that i have to stop the breath im taking and take very smaller breathes.. n i wake up with random brusing all over my body.. what could it be?

my hair is even falling out more then ussual.. i kan run my hand thru it and literally get a hand full o fhair

I can understand your concern.
Your chest pain is mostly due to musculoskeletal cause.
So avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas of chest.
Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Your hair fall should be evaluated for hyperthyroidism. So get done thyroid function test.
If this is normal then no need to worry for hyperthyroidism.
Sometimes stress can also cause hair fall.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
