What Causes Pain In Right Abdomen During Pregnancy?

I am eight weeks pregnant. I have been having slight cramping on my right side not super painful but it worries me. It feels similar to the pain I have had on and off for a little over a year that is normally triggered by stress. doctors don't know what is wrong with me or ultimately what causes the pain. I havent had any bleeding but I cant help but worry a liittle

Hi,
Small cramps and aches are common in pregnancy. If you have had no bleeding or spotting then you need not worry.
If you have recurrent pain on one side,it could due to a cause other than pregnancy ,like renal or appendix.These should also be kept in mind
If pain continues or worsens please see a doctor to evaluate fully, including abdominal ultrasound, blood test including renal function test,liver function tests.
Also rule out any urinary infection which could be chronic.
