I have pain in my right calf/lower leg and it's been about 3-4 weeks. I hiked this weekend and it's now much worse. I can feel my pulse in many spots so I don't think it's circulation, but I don't remember getting an injury to the area at all. It's not swelling/doesn't look different at all. What could be wrong? I plan to see a doctor tomorrow but am just a little nervous
