What Causes Pain In Right Hand With Legs Amputated Due To Diabetes?

yes,thank you. i have had 2 surgeries on my neck.i think they called if a fusion ? one was 35 years ago one was 15 years ago. 2 different doctors.both doctors went in the throat to make to fusion. both told me to never lift anything weighting more than 10 pounds.NOW comes my problem.i have,due to diabetes ,both legs amputed right below knees. my only way to get into or out of my wheel chair is to use my arms and hands.so now my hands and right arm hurts bad and i have very little control of them. any answers for me ???? PLEASE HELP,I LIVE ALONE AND HAVE NO HELP EXCEPT HOME HEALTH CARE.
