I am experiencing pain in my righ lower ribcage which is induced by twisting or bending. This has been ongoing for 8-10 weeks and followed a severe upper respiratory virus. I have also been experiencing asthmatic like breathing symptoms but these have been mild. Any thoughts?
First here your pain can be by twisting. So it could be muscular strain.
Second it could be as part of constitutional symptom of viral flu.... Rest done. Avoid bad sleep posture. Avoid strenous exercise. Avoid heavy weight lift Hot compress applied...
If congestive symptoms more then levocetrizine or other suitable decongestent given..
