Hello,

How old are you? Since when you're suffering from this condition? Right inguinal pain may be due to appendicitis or renal stone or ureteric calculi or UTI or ovarian mass etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

So please get it done ultrasound abdomen and urine examination. Then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
