What Causes Pain In Right Side Of Stomach?

I had a ulcer in my stomach and a tumor they removed both but in doing so the dr had to remove a small part of my stomach,this was over a month ago now I m experience pain on my right side of my stomach, it gets worse when I bend over and then again when I stand.
