What Causes Pain In Right Upper Quadrant?

I have had an ultrasound, cat scan, and hida scan all normal I m still having pain in my right upper quadrant what could it be and also I had my hida scan done this morning but they only did one injection of the radioactive tracer and then made me drink ensure was it done right?? They never did a cck injection is that accurate??

This is accuratly done of scan. Swallowing of of radioactive fluid which absorbed by veins to be showen in hida scan after certain time of swallowing.
