What Causes Pain In Scrotum After Injury?
Hello. About 3 months ago I hurt my right testicle. About a week later I began to feel testicular pain. After about 3 weeks I went to the er. They could see nothing but a slight inflammation in the epididymis. I took medicine and it went away. However it came back and though it hurts less my scrotum is like a purple color and it hurts from time to time. At least once a day. Should I be concerned...this has been happening off and on for a month now.

It can be infection and you need to consult your doctor for proper course of antibiotics...........tc care
