What Causes Pain In Shin Bone After Gall Bladder Surgery?

The right side of my left shinbone (about 6 inches below my knee) has been hurting, like I hit it on something...although I didn't, it hurts to the touch. It gets so painful I walk with a limp. I have tried to wrap it with an ace bandage but still find it very painful. I recently had gallbladder surgery and was off my feet for about a week just taking it easy at home and it went away. I'm now on my feet doing regular activity and it's back, I sit a lot at work and was wonderding if the blood flow is being constricted or if it has anything to do with my heart...help!
