What Causes Pain In Shoulders And Back?

I have recently find in my MRI asymmetric .active bilateral sacroilitis I Have severe pain on my shoulders and back when rolling over bed other times its low what treatment I can take for these promblem. and I have LFT ,urine RM , urine RM ,stool OB and RM these are normal .x- ray of spine , chest , lumbar all x-rays are normal

you may be suffering from a condition called spondyloarthropathy.
you need to consult a rheumatologist.
the initial treatment is NSAIDS.
physical therapy and exercise will also help you with this problem.
