What Causes Pain In Shoulders And Mid Back Region?
Hi was just wondering about my shoulder pain. Im 36 yr old female. I have been on ultram for 4 yrs and was taken off of it 2 weeks ago. Thats when my pain started within a week of being off of it. My heart rate is fine and I work myself up over it thinking its something wrong with my heart. I have a hianel hernia in my stomach and its been bothering me somewhat. No sweating or anything just achy in my shoulders and mid back what could be the problem?
Dear patient Four years is a long time for shoulder pain. Tab ultram contains tramadol which is habit forming. So I would advise thorough investigation to ascertain the cause which may be 1. Rotator cuff tear 2. Arthritis. For confirming diagnosis two yeasts are needed 1. Xray of involved shoulder anteroposterior and lateral views 2. MRI of involved shoulder . Xray gives detail of bony abnormalities. MRI gives detail of not only bones but muscle soft tissue and cartilage abnormalities. So visit radiology center nearby you and get it done. Visit expert arthroscopic surgeon with report.
