What Causes Pain In Shoulders, Back Of Neck And Arms?

I have had pain in my shoulders back of neck arms my whole body is very sensitive to pain especially both legs this has been going on for a couple of years but has started getting worse im tired a lot I recenty had my gall bladder along with gall stones removed 4 days ago I am a 50 yr old female
