What Causes Pain In Stomach, Gas And Burning Chest?
Hi i am Anand(26). Having a stomach pain in the morning time. Feels like stomach is full most of the times. releasing gas while go to toilet. feels like floating stool. sometimes little bit burning in the middle between chests. Please help me to get rid of this. What i have to do and What food i need to eat.

Hello your symptoms are due to GERD.
I would suggest to take omepeazole which is available as an over the counter medication for 2 weeks. In case your symptoms persist the consult your doctor for further treatment and investigations
