What Causes Pain In Tailbone During Bowel Movement After Normal Delivery?

I had a baby 10 months ago - before pregnancy, I was 38kilos & 20 yrs of age; by the time I gave birth I was 62 kilos & I had an 8lb 12oz baby - being so small & have a big baby by natural birth, my coccyx was pushed out of the way, I couldn t walk for 5 month & now when I poo my tailbone is in agony... Can you help me to understand what is happening to me please...?
